This is my photo journal where I post images of my life. Some of them are attempts of portraiture, learning the rules so I can break them, but most of them are just snapshots of things I do, the friends I have and the new friends I meet.
I shoot with a Canon 5D Mark II, a 24mm f1.4, a 50mm f1.2 and a 85mm f1.2
Hi Jakob,
I found your photo blog through Emmas Design Blog. I’m an interior designer but I also studied photography and dabble in it from time to time. I started browsing your blog initially because of the photos of your home. However, I ended up looking through all of your posts because your photographs are so beautiful and revealing.
They are artistic but they also capture sincere moments. They narrate a story.
Beautiful, beautiful work!
Renata
Thank you Renata! glad you like them. Yes, I try to create a story through my images, sometimes i succeed, sometimes i fail but nice of you to notice!
Hi Jakob. What a beautiful home you have! It is inspiring to see how you have created a dining room, sitting room and study in the same room, without it looking cluttered. We are at the moment rearranging our furniture as well as we have to get several functions out of the same room. So I wanted to ask you, the bookshelf above the heater, do you have a name of the designer/where its from. Have seen it in Elle interior sweden as well, but they did not put a name by it.
Hope to hear from you.
Kind regards Ditte
Hi ditte! It’s a Swedish classic – string shelf. They are about 170 euro.
Jakob – your house and photos are lovely! Can I ask where you got your sofa? It is perfect.
Amazing shots. But that low hanging light bulb would be the death of me.
Anna

What an incredible decor. You have a great sense of style! Could I ask You where the two wall lamps are from? – they are very cool.
